From our imagination to your table.
Legend tells the story of an elf named Herú who secretly lived among the vines of Casablanca while keeping watch over the harvest, his most precious treasure. His name evokes perfection and embodies the spirit of this remarkable wine.
Herú has an incomparable nose, the result of a slow ripening of fruit that allows aromas to be at their most opulent in the third month of each year. As the Pinot Noir grapes from lot 34 are harvested, painstaking care is taken to safeguard the magic of the fruit created in the vineyard.
Deep ruby red with violet highlights. The nose opens with red berries such as strawberries, raspberries and morello cherries, responding to the classic profile of this noble variety. Soft notes of vanilla and spices intermingle with delicate mineral hints - a wine that is both seductive and complex. On the palate, it boasts juicy red fruit, a crunchy acidity with round tannins sustained on a base of fine, elegant French Oak.
